By accessing or using Axtio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Axtio is a personal action tracking application. It offers a **Free Tier** (local storage only) and a **Pro Tier** (cloud sync and additional features). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Pro Subscription and Billing

The Pro Tier costs $7/month or $72/year. We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, you must provide payment information via Stripe to continue using cloud features. You may cancel at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Axtio. In Cloud Mode, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the sync service to you.

5. Use Restrictions

You agree not to use Axtio for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Axtio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Axtio be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
